ShoreTel phone system
Legacy Traditional Schools utilizes a digital VoIP phone system. This system does not use a traditional
telephone line at each station. A network connection similar to your computer connection is used to bring
power and dialtone to your phone. There are two different models in use at LTS, the ShoreTel 115, and the
ShoreTel 230. The Quick Start guides and Reference guides are found below.

School Dude
Facilities at Legacy Traditional Schools use SchoolDude (a ticket and maintenance tracking application)
to handle all request for service. The link to access this ticketing system can be found below.
Google Apps for Education
All email, sites, drive space and online calendars are powered by Google Apps for Education. Links to connect
you to the commonly used areas (email, drive, calendar, SchoolDude and Legacy’s M Drive) can be found on
the top navigation bar of the Employee Portal. For Teachers and Administrative Staff, links are also provided
for you to Power School, and the Library login. These links will function for you on campus, or at home.
Accessing Driveline
The Getting Started Guide will help you quickly understand how to use the Driveline software. You can download the guide here:
Driveline requires one of the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 10 or Safari. Internet Explorer 9 and below are NOT supported and the software will not work. To log in to your Driveline server please navigate your browser to the following URL: www.driveline.charterapps.com
There are three logins for Driveline. Admin, Dispatch and Classroom. Your school administrators will have the appropriate username and password for you to login to Driveline.
