Purchase Card (P-Card) Policy
A purchase card (P-card) is a company issued credit card that is issued to a specific employee. It entitles that employee to make purchases on behalf of Legacy Traditional Schools. The P-card policy will ensure that we can continue to deliver exceptional service for our clients while effectively manage costs.
Please Note:
- P-card holders must reconcile by the first business day of every month.
- P-card approvers will have until the second business day of every month to review and approve purchases.
