Welcome to Benefits Open Enrollment for 2021-22!

At Legacy Traditional Schools, families–and their choices–come first. Your choice to work for Legacy and entrust your family in our care is something we recognize and value, and we want you to feel informed of your benefit options so you can best support you and your family’s health choices.

With this in mind, we are pleased to share that Open Enrollment for your 2021-22 benefits will run from Monday, April 12 through Friday, April 23. Open Enrollment is the time for you to carefully review your personal benefits and consider any changes you want to make during the enrollment period.

To help you prepare and save for retirement, Legacy Traditional Schools offers a 401(k) plan to eligible employees. You can join the plan after completing 30 days of employment. Legacy will provide a matching contribution, dollar for dollar up to six percent of your salary deferral. After satisfying the service requirement, you are fully vested in the match.

Long-term disability benefits are payable when you continue to be disabled and unable to return to work. There is a 90-day elimination period before benefits are payable.

  • 90-day elimination period
